in most cases 2 -3 coats of Liquid Sun Rayz will have you stage ready. Two coats can be done back to back, due to the extremely quick drying time, and the third will be done the morning of the show .
The packages are as follows
VIP Complete spray tan competition package £65 , this includes 4oz body scrub and 4oz body butter and glaze skin prep instructions and your 2 tanning appointments (touch ups and glaze backstage if permitted) First one day before the show , 2nd the morning of the show. and your skin prep instructions.
Competition Tanning pack. £68.00 ( individaully these retails at £71.96 this includes 6oz Tanning solution with roller to apply it , 4oz scrub 4oz body butter and glaze This can be applied by yourself the structions on the bottle, or can be put into a spray tanning machine )
Sprayt tan appointment with solution only £50 ( no scrub or body butter ) this is two appointments up to 3 coats of tan
Spray tan appointment with your own solution ie Jan Tana , , Pro Tan £45 x two appointments
Spray tan appintment on morning of the show one coat £35.00
Spray tannning is an easy no mess stressless way to tan, We have a pop up tent and you are sprayed inside the tent which takes 20 minutes We provide disposble underwear for you to wear and feet pads so you dont get the solution on the bottom of your feet. Once you are sprayed We will dry you out and your tan will develop overnight its as easy as that.

Spray tans for you had a great day at the BNBF centrals in St Albans. A big thank you goes out to Abbs the owner of BODY LIMIT gym where we had a tanning room set up. Body Limit is a home to fitness and muscular development, a family run, independent fitness centre with a very friendly atmosphere. With over 20 years experience in sports and nutrition where the likes of Eddie Abu , Carmen Marie Knights and Charles Claremont workout so we were priviliged to have been given the opportunity to be offer our tanning services there.

choose a tanning service wisely!!!
Spray tanning has entered the body building world Not all competition spray tans are created equal. Spray tans for you hopes to educate you and give you some tips and questions to ask before you choose your next “Competition Spray Tanner“.
A flawless tan on stage is one of the most important elements of a competition. Choosing the best colour for you and the company to apply that colour has become a challenge.
Don’t assume they have been “competition spray tanning” at bodybuilding/figure shows. Competition spray tans are different than a regular spray tan you would get at your local tanning/day spa.
When trying to choose which tanning product you are going to choose for your next show, here are some questions you may want to ask if you’re considering a competition spray tan
1. Do they offer skin prep instructions?
2. How many coats would you need?
3. Do they have before and after pictures of their colour?
4. Will the colour come off if you sweat?
5. Do they offer touch up-s and/or glazing
6. .Do they have testimonies/references
?7. How does the product hold up on stage
?8. How private is the spray tan area?
Don’t assume a less expensive company will be comparable to an, experienced one. Body Building is a costly sport, one that takes countless hours of training, diet, and discipline. Tanning is one of the most important things required when you step out on stage, don’t let an inexperienced spray tannest or company ruin the chances.of you looking your best!
Understanding the chemistry of how tanning products work, and how competition diets effect competitors’ body chemistry is the responsibility of the spray tanning company.
Those that are serious about what they do, will have the knowledge and training to work with this very specialised sport. Most competitors’ will agree that the tanning process is one of the most stressful and dreaded parts of their contest prep. It is the job of a reputable tanning company to alleviate that stress, and... to make the experience as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Choose wisely, ask for pictures and don’t be afraid to ask questions! |

Spray tans for you were delighted to be part of the first Muscletalk show in Bedford. Thanks to Luke Nicolls we were able to spray at the Flexibility Gym in Bedford, just minutes from the venue and sprayed 10 competitiors two of which won their class, and one got the overall Mr Muscltalk. Congratulations to all our clients at the show/. Look out for us at the BNBF Qualifier on 25th July where we will be spraying at Body Limits Gym in St Albans.
